All food items destined for IBB are prepared and packaged in compliance with Ecuador's AGROCALIDAD biosecurity controls, which govern what may be introduced to the Galápagos Islands. Our operations team coordinates the necessary documentation in advance so that inspection at the point of entry causes no delay to your departure.

Where current biosecurity regulations permit, we engage local fishermen and approved Isabela suppliers for ultra-fresh catch and produce. Where direct local sourcing is restricted, we bring equivalent-quality Ecuadorian ingredients through approved mainland channels, cold-chained throughout.

We are fully aware of the 1,500-metre runway and the absence of runway lighting. All deliveries are sized and packaged for ground-level transfer without specialist loading equipment, and our dispatch schedule is built around daylight operational windows at the field.

There is no dedicated fixed-base operator at IBB. We deliver directly to whichever ground handler is managing your aircraft, coordinating stand details and timing with your crew or flight-support provider in advance.

Given the remote location and biosecurity logistics, we strongly recommend a minimum of 48 hours' notice for standard orders. Kosher meals require a minimum of 24 hours on top of that and must be confirmed explicitly at the time of ordering.

Our team is available 24 hours a day, every day. Because the runway is unlighted, operational activity at IBB is concentrated in daylight hours, and we time all deliveries accordingly. Early-morning orders are fully supported provided they align with the field's operating window.

Yes. Isla Baltra (GPS) and Puerto Baquerizo Moreno (SCY) are both within our Galápagos network. If your routing covers more than one island airstrip, a single order through your dedicated contact covers all uplifts.
