The ramp standard, served standing up
Most of our work boards an aircraft. Some of it stays in the hangar: FBO openings, aircraft deliveries, static displays, customer evenings, crew appreciation events. The kitchens, sourcing and coordinators are the same ones that handle daily flight operations — which means the food is seasonal and local, the timing is treated like a departure window, and the setup respects how an active ramp works.

Is there a minimum or maximum size?
We scale from intimate hangar dinners to several-hundred-guest receptions. Give us the headcount and format in the brief and the quote reflects it.
Do you provide service staff, or is it drop-off?
Both. Drop-off galley-ready, or a serving team with equipment for a staffed reception — specify which in the brief.
How far ahead should we book?
Events reward notice: menus, staffing and equipment come together better with lead time. Short-notice is still workable — send the date and we'll confirm what's feasible.
Where can you deliver?
Airport hangars and FBOs are home ground; we also cover aviation venues and adjacent sites. Give us the location and your coordinator confirms access and logistics.
