A private jet catering company built for flight crews
You manage the catering, the principal's preferences, the schedule changes and the supplier deadline — usually at the same time. Our job is to take one of those problems off the list entirely. You send one brief; one coordinator responds within 10 minutes and stays on your order until it's loaded.
We work the way crews work. Requests by email or form, quotes that are firm rather than indicative, packaging organized by service so the galley plan survives first contact with reality. No call centers, no ticket numbers, no chasing.
What We Cover
Our inflight catering services
VIP passenger menus
Composed dishes built on seasonal, locally sourced produce — provenance named, technique restrained. Menus adapt to your principal's preferences and to what the local market does best, not to a global template.
Crew meals
Crew meals are built for the rotation, not from the leftovers: balanced, properly packed, priced for operators, and loaded with the main order. A dedicated section on every airport page covers local options.
Dietary & religious requirements
Vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, halal and kosher options are available across the network. Note requirements in your brief; your coordinator confirms feasibility and any lead-time constraints before you commit.
Last-minute & same-day
Schedules slip and legs get added. Coordinators are on duty 24/7, and short-notice requests are part of normal operations — tell us your departure window and we'll tell you, fast and honestly, what's possible.
Packaging & galley logistics
Everything arrives galley-ready: labeled by service, packed for the equipment on board, with heating instructions where they're needed. Built to be plated by one person in a moving galley.
Wide-body & high loader
B747, A340, BBJ and ACJ uplifts are serviced with high-loader trucks and multi-galley loading plans.

FAQ
Frequently asked questions
How much does private jet catering cost?
It depends on four things: menu complexity, passenger count, airport, and how much notice we have. Crew meals are priced per person and composed VIP menus per passenger; remote fields and very short notice add logistics costs. Your coordinator quotes a firm, all-in price before you confirm — what you approve is what you're invoiced.
How much lead time do you need?
More notice always widens the menu, but 24/7 coverage means short-notice orders are routine. Same-day is usually workable at major hubs, while kosher and some specialty items need additional lead time. Send the request — you'll have a straight answer within 10 minutes.
Do you deliver to the FBO or the aircraft?
Either, depending on the handler's procedures at your airport. Your coordinator arranges delivery with the FBO and confirms the exact window with you — ramp access is handled on our side, not yours.
Can you cater both passengers and crew on one order?
Yes, and we'd recommend it. Crew meals load with the main order, on one invoice, through the same coordinator.
Can you accommodate dietary and religious requirements?
Yes — halal, kosher, vegan, gluten-free and allergen-specific menus are routine. Confirm the requirement in the brief; some items, kosher in particular, need extra lead time, and your coordinator flags anything that affects timing before you commit.
Can you source a specific dish, brand or label?
Usually, yes. A principal's preferred champagne, a signature dish, a particular water — name it in the brief and your coordinator confirms availability and any sourcing lead time. If an exact item isn't reachable in time, we propose the closest equivalent rather than substitute silently.
How is the food packed and labelled?
Galley-ready: portioned, sealed and labelled by service so it loads without re-plating. Heating and presentation notes are included where they help, and packaging is sized to your galley and aircraft.
Is there a minimum order?
No fixed minimum. A single crew meal or a full VIP service for a wide-body are both normal — the quote simply reflects scope, airport and notice.
