A Gulfstream is catered from the ground. A B747-8 is not. Main-deck sill heights on wide-body aircraft put the galley doors far beyond van delivery, and an uplift for 100-plus covers can't be passed up a staircase. Without a high loader on the ramp at the right time, the order doesn't board — it's that simple.
We coordinate high-loader trucks as part of the catering order, scheduled against your slot and your handler's ramp procedures. One brief covers the food and the lift.

How much notice do you need for a wide-body uplift?
More than a light-jet order, less than you might fear. Delegation-scale uplifts benefit from advance notice; your coordinator will give you a straight answer against your actual departure window.
