We work to tight turnarounds as standard. For most menus we require a minimum of a few hours' notice to source, prepare, and deliver to the aircraft. Highly specialised items — including kosher meals — require at least 24 hours to arrange properly.

We deliver to whichever handler holds your aircraft at IXR. Confirm the handler name when you place your order and we will coordinate directly with them on timing and access.

Yes. Crew meals are prepared and packaged separately, clearly labelled, and can be specified independently of the passenger menu. We factor crew dietary requirements into the brief from the outset.

Absolutely. Multi-leg catering is managed through a single point of contact. We can maintain menu continuity across legs or vary the offer for each sector, depending on passenger preference and flight duration.

Both. We draw on local Jharkhand produce and recipes — litti-chokha, mustard-based fish preparations, seasonal plateau vegetables — and we offer Continental and pan-Asian menus for mixed-nationality groups. The brief is always yours to define.

All orders arrive galley-ready: portioned, labelled by course, packed with appropriate temperature management, and accompanied by any serviceware specified in the order. Nothing requires additional preparation on board.
