We plan logistics through our national network, routing fresh and ambient provisions via the most reliable supply chain available for each departure date. Everything is packed galley-ready before it leaves our kitchen, so no preparation is required on arrival at the aircraft.

For standard private jet catering and crew meals we recommend as much notice as the mission allows — 24 hours is a practical minimum for most orders from remote Pilbara locations. Kosher catering requires a minimum of 24 hours' lead time regardless of location.

Yes. If your mission includes stops at neighbouring sites such as Christmas Creek Mine, Coondewanna, or Newman, we co-ordinate catering across all legs under one order and one point of contact.

We scale from a single crew meal to multi-cabin service for larger passenger loads. Whether the requirement is hearty, high-energy rotation catering or a refined executive presentation, the kitchen approach and quality standard remain the same.

Simply advise us which handler or parking position holds your aircraft and we will co-ordinate delivery directly with them. We do not require you to use a specific FBO.

Most dietary requirements — including gluten-free, dairy-free, vegetarian, and vegan — can be accommodated within a standard lead time. Please advise us at the time of ordering so the kitchen can prepare accordingly.
