For most orders, including hot mains, regional specialities, and standard crew meals, we ask for as much notice as the schedule allows. The earlier you order, the broader the menu options. We will always do our best to accommodate shorter lead times.

Absolutely. Crew meals are handled as a distinct element of your order — portioned, labelled, and packaged separately from the passenger galley — and are included in the same single-order process.
